Europlus Direct is rebranding to Support Warehouse to create a stronger, more unified company and brand, one that is fully focused on delivering the best in IT support solutions. This marks an exciting step in aligning our brand with our mission to put customers at the center of everything we do. We’re excited to share these updates and the reasons behind them with you.

 

What has changed and what hasn't?

 

Beyond new branding, a refreshed website, and more streamlined communications, the Support Warehouse name better reflects our focus on simplifying IT support renewals for businesses across the globe. Our commitment to working with leading technology vendors—including Lenovo and HPE—remains unchanged. This rebrand allows us to better serve our customers with improved solutions, seamless processes, and enhanced customer support.

Commercial, Not Legal: This rebranding is a commercial strategy and does not entail any legal changes. All invoicing and quoting processes will remain unchanged, apart from the logo, which will be gradually removed from official channels. You will continue to receive all invoices and quotes from Europlus Direct Limited, trading as Support Warehouse. No action is required on your part.
